Apply Online

1. The already registered users should Log into their PayPal account using their registered email address and password. Tap the gear icon next to the "Log Out" option.
2. User will be redirected to a new window. Select "Money, Banks, and Cards" This option is under "Business/Personal Profile".
3. Enter your debit or credit card number and not your bank account number.
4. Enter the expiration date of the card and the security code; these are the three small numbers at the back of the debit/credit card.
5. Paypal will automatically populate the billing address as per the information provided early, once done click on the “Link Card” Button.
6. To verify the PayPal account a standard small fee will be charged to the card by PayPal and then it shall be reversed.
7. The PayPal account is now active and verified, user can now proceed with the online transaction.
8. The time frame for processing the verification process is within a few minutes.
9. Please note: after completing the verification process , user can then proceed to connect their pay pal account with mobile money services if available.
