Apply In-Person

1. The request to Access any Government Audit Reports shall be made to the Botswana Government Printers Bookshop housed at the Office of the Auditor-General.of the Auditor-General contact.
2. Applicants should express their interest in accessing the Audit reports to the attending staff at the Botswana Government Printers Bookshop at any of the Offices of the Auditor General in Gaborone or Francistown.
3. Applications will be required to verbally state which year(s) of the financial report they need to assess to the staff.
4. The report may be issued to the customer in the form of hard copies at a cost or electronic copies for free.
5. If the customer requests the hard copies, he /she will be required to pay the applicable amount, which will depend on the volume of documents he/she requested.
6. The Audit reports will be printed out (Hard copies) and issued to the customer or electronically sent (electronic copies) to the customer's email address or copied to an external device (flash disk); depending on the customer's preferable mode.
