Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Rental Postal Service, interested applicants should visit the nearest Botswana Post office. Botswana Post Branch Offices Contact Details
2. Express your interest to access the service at the customer service desk/office; collect, complete, and sign the applicable Registration Application Form. Copies of the application forms are available for free at any of the Botswana Post offices located countrywide.
3. Submit the duly completed Registration form in all respect, attached with the relevant supporting documentation as mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page. Any omission of these documents will render the registration processing incomplete.
4. Upon receipt of the application file, the customer service officer will verify, if all the necessary information and documentation have been provided and that the applications comply with the selection criteria, and if the Premier Box is available for renting before processing the application.
5. The client will be advised to pay the annual rental fee and obtain a payment receipt. A copy of the Registration Form will be signed and stamped by the customer service officer and issued to the client, which will serve as a contract between you and the Botswana Post office.
6. The client will also be issued a Box key to be able to assess the post-rental box.

• The Post Box Service is valid forever as long as the subscriber pays an annual rental fee, failure to do so will lead to disconnection of the services.

Payment of the annual rental post box.

• When subscriptions are due, clients will receive a notification via SMS, email, and a letter in their post box from the Botswana Post office requesting you to make the applicable annual rental fee.
• Payment can be made either in-person over the counter at any Post Office, via the Botswana post website, or via mobile applications: PosoMoney or other money mobile apps.
