1. The Botswana Oil Limited (BOL) offers several services to citizen-owned companies, such services include the Rental of petroleum storage facilities. BOL Contacts Details
2. Applicants are required to collect and complete the Customer Registration Application Form, obtainable at the BOL office or download it via the BOL website Citizen Owned Oil Companies Facilitation or directly download it using this link, Customer Registration Form
3. The duly completed form in all respect and the supporting documentation as mentioned under the “Required Documents”, should be submitted to the BOL office either in person or by courier to this address Plot 54373, Petroleum House, Matante Mews, Gaborone, CBD Botswana. Any omission of the supporting documents or information will render the application process incomplete.
4. Upon receipt of the application file, the BOL receptionist will verify if all the information and documentation are in order, before registering the application to be forwarded for assessment, processing, and consideration by the Business Development Department.
5. The BOL department responsible, shall within a reasonable time of receipt of an application, acknowledge in writing, receipt of the application. The acknowledgment letter will serve as proof of submission of the application and for inquiry referencing if the need arises.
6. During the assessment process, the Business Development Department will evaluate the enterprise risk, financial capability, and commercial rates.
7. The BOL shall notify the applicant of its decision (Approval, Deferral, or Rejection) using the applicable notification mode.
8. If approved, the customer will be issued with a BOL rental agreements contract to sign, if he/she agrees to the terms and conditions, a copy of the contract will be issued to the customer and the other copy will be retained by the BOL.

• All Company forms certified by the Registrar of Companies,
• Certified Share Certificates.
• Certified copies of the ID of all directors & shareholders.
• Any other supporting documentation requested by the BOL.
