Botswana - Change or Update Contact Details in BPC


Procedure

Apply In-Person

  1. The request to Change or Update Contact Details for subscribers of Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) shall be made to the nearest BPC Customer Service Center located countrywide. BPC Branches Contact details and Map Location
  2. Collect and complete the prescribed form, obtainable at any of the BPC Customer Center Offices. Copies of this form are not available online.
  3. Submit the duly completed form in all respect and the applicable identification document as mentioned on the “Required Document” section of this page, to any of the BPC Customer Center Office. Any omission of the supporting documents or information will render the application process incomplete.
  4. Upon receipt of the form, the customer service officer will verify the form and supporting documentation and if everything is in order, the applicant information will be changed or updated as per the client request, into the BPC system.


Apply Online

  1. Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) subscribers who have been granted authorization to access the BPC online service platform can file the request, by visiting the Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) website then select, “Customer Service” option located on the menu bar, then select “Online Services” on the drop-box, and then select “Change of Contact Details” on the extended menu.
  2. You will be redirected to the BPC Change of Contact Details Online Page.
  3. Log in with your credentials (password and username), fill out all mandatory fields, and upload all requested supporting documentation (if applicable).
  4. Please ensure that all the information and documents are in order, before clicking on the “Submit” button.
  5. Upon receipt of the request, the customer service officer will verify the form and supporting documentation and if everything is in order, the applicant information will be changed or updated as per the client request into the BPC system.
  6. For Unregistered BPC subscribers, who wish to be registered to be able to access the BPC online platform, applicants are required to collect and complete the BPC Website User Registration Form, available at any of the BPC Customer Service Office or download it via the BPC website, BPC Website User Registration or directly download it using this link,BPC website User Registration Form
  7. The completed duly filled registration form in all respect and certified copies of the applicable identification document as mentioned under the “Required Documents” section of this page, should be submitted to any of the BPC Customer Service Office. Any omission of the supporting documents or information will render the registration process incomplete.
  8. Upon receipt of the registration form, the customer service officer will verify the form and supporting documentation and if everything is in order, the applicant information will be imputed into the BPC system, a password and username will be generated and issued to the client, to enable him/her to access the online platform.

    • Valid passport or resident permit for non-citizens
    • Valid registration certificate (in the case of a business or company)
