Apply In-Person

1. The application for Spatial Planning Data shall be made to the Department of Town and Country Planning office, which under the Ministry of Land Management, Water and Sanitation Services. Ministry contact details
2. Submit the supporting documentation listed under the “Required Document” section of this page to be verified by the receiving officer, who will then verify that all the necessary documentation has been provided and that the applications comply with the selection criteria before issuing the applicant the appropriate Application form. Forms are not available online.
3. The application form duly completed in all respect, and the attachments should be submitted to the nearest Department of Town and Country Planning office within the jurisdiction.
4. Applicants will be required to pay the processing as mentioned under the “FEE” section of this page and obtain a payment receipt.
5. It is only after the submission of the complete application file and payment of the processing fee that the application will be registered for the processing which is within a day.
6. The applicant will be issued with an acknowledgment letter as proof of submission of the application.
7. Copies of the plans will be made available to be issued to the applicant at the department dispatch office.
8. The applicant will be required to produce a proof of identity document and acknowledgment letter while collecting the plans.
