Apply Online

1. Visit the Botswana post website e-service portal click on the “E-service” option on the menu bar, select the prepaid service you wish to access i.e. (Pre-paid Electricity or Prepaid Airtime).
2. You will be redirected to either the, Prepaid Electricity online page or Prepaid Airtime online page.
3. Click on the “Register Here” tab, mentioned in either online page, the Registration Page will be displayed, fill it accurately then click on the “Submit” tab.
4. Upon successfully registering, log in with your credential (E-mail address and Password) and then click on the “Log In” tab to access the prepaid service.
5. If you had selected the prepaid airtime option, the “Airtime Details” page will be displayed, select the “Mobile provider” you are subscribed to, then click on the “Submit” tab, then select the value of airtime your wish to purchase, then click on “Submit” tab.
6. A confirmation page will be displayed, verify the information then click on the “Pay Now” tab.
7. The “Payment Details” page will be displayed, enter your Credit/Debit Card Details and confirm the payment by clicking on the “Pay” tab.
8. If the payment is successful, a payment notification will appear on your screen.
9. If you had selected the prepaid airtime option, the “Meter Details” tab, will be displayed, enter the meter number and the amount you wish to purchase, then click on the “Proceed” tab.
10. The “Contact Details” page will be displayed, enter your contact details then click on the “Proceed” tab.
11. Then please repeat the same step as mentioned on points 6, 7, and 8 above.
