Apply In-Person

1. To apply for Premier Box Service, interested applicants should visit the Botswana Post head office. Botswana Post Head Office Contact Details.
2. Express your interest to upgrade your regular postal box to a Premier Box at the customer service desk/office; collect, complete and sign the applicable Registration Application Form. Copies of the application forms are available for free at any of the Botswana Post offices located countrywide.
3. Submit the duly completed Registration form in all respect, attached with the relevant supporting documentation as mentioned under the “Required Documents “section of this page. Any omission of these documents will render the registration processing incomplete.
4. Upon receipt of the application file, the customer service officer will verify, if all the necessary information and documentation has been provided and that the applications comply with the selection criteria; and if the Premier Box is available for renting before processing the application.
5. The client will be advised to pay the annual rental fee and obtain a payment receipt. A copy of the Registration Form will be signed and stamped by the customer service officer and issued to the client, which will serve as a contract between you and the Botswana Post office.
6. The client will also be issued with a Box key to be able to assess the Premier rental box, the Premier Boxes are installed at Masa Centre in the heart of Gaborone’s new CBD.

• Holders of Regular Post Box that wish to upgrade their postal box to a Premier Box for a Premier Experience.
• One should be at least 18 years of age and above.
• One should have a physical location.
• A corporate/business should have a certificate of registration.

The Premier Box Service is valid forever as long as the subscriber pays an annual rental fee, failure to do so, will lead to disconnection of the services.

Payment for the service fee.

• When subscriptions are due, you will receive a notification via SMS, email, and a letter in your post box from the Botswana Post office requesting you to make the applicable annual rental fee.
• Payment can be made either in-person over the counter at any Post Office, or via the Botswana post website, or via mobile applications: PosoMoney or other money mobile app.
