All businesses with employees are subject to labour inspection.
There are no fees associated with this service.

The inspection will be conducted three months from the initially application date.

It is required by law for all businesses with employees to be inspected for compliance with the labour laws of Botswana.
In addition to assessing compliance, labour inspections provide an opportunity for business to learn more about labour laws. Inspectors are able to provide advice to businesses with the goal of improving working conditions throughout the country.
