Apply In-Person:

1. One should Visit the Department of Water Affairs (DWA) station service for consultation, and request for assistance from the authorized officer on how to file for the application.
2. Accurately fill in the application form which can be obtain from the above offices or click this link to download App
3. Pay the application fees and Attach all the require documents to the form and submit them for processing and verification.
4. The department will then conduct a site survey to assess the feasibility for connection. If the feasibility report is positive the request is accepted.
5. During pipeline connection lay out you will be required to pay a certain amount as may be directed by the DWA

• Accurate filled application form (W2 or W1)
• Customary Land Grant Certificate or the Title Deed
• Letter of authority from the Director of Lands
• In case of the State Land the letter of authority to use the State Land from the Director of Lands.
• Any other document that may be specified by the authorized officer
