How to apply:

1. you should contact the Botswana Defence Forcefor more information on how to file the application with them.
2. You shouldthen send in a written request to the address below outlining the time and date you would like to visit the animal park.

3. Your request application will be verified and process by the department and you will be notified in writing once approval is granted on the date and time that you will be allowed to visit the park on the response letter.
4. Upon arrival at the park, you will be required to produce your identification document for at-least one of the members in the group and sign an indemnity form before granted entry in the park.
   

Note:
The park is closed during winter months between the last week of May and first week of August.

• The Park is accessible for free by government schools.
• A nominal charge of BWP 5.00 applies to children from private schools while adults are charged BWP 10.00. If the total number of individuals in a visiting group exceeds ten people, the charge for adults drops to BWP 5.00.
  

Note:
The entrance fee is only payable in cash upon arrival at the park.

• The park is located at the Force's Training Establishment and offers a chance to see many of the major animals of the African Savannah and a guided tour from knowledgeable and experienced animal handlers
