How to Apply

1. You {Farmer} should visit the nearest District Animal Production {DAP} Offices and make the request, {see address and contact details below}.
2. Upon making the request a DAP officer will accompany you to the farm to conduct the test to each bull as requested, collect sample for analysis and issue you with an invoice.
3. You will then be required to visit the DAP office and make the necessary payment against the invoice at the cash counter/office and obtain a payment receipt.
4. Present the payment receipt and your national identity card to the DAP office in charge of issuing the fertility testing certificate to be validated and obtain the certificate {s}.

• A valid National Identity Card (O​mang).
• A Brand Certificate (shows ownership).
• A Pedigree Certificate (for commercial farmers).​

• The cost of the test per bull is BWP 175.00.
