Apply In-Person

1. You should contact the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Culture (MYSC) District Offices near you for more information on how to file the application.
2. Accurately fill in the application form, which can be obtained from the above offices or click the link below to download Application Form
3. Submit the completed form along with the required supporting documentation (as listed below) for verification and processing, in person or by post in the month of June of ever year.
4. You will then be notified by mail or post of the outcome of your application within 2 months, if the application is approved an assessment will be conduct between August and Septembers of ever year.

• Quotations for services/ equipment.
• A certified copy of National Identity Card (Omang).
• A valid registration certificate.
• Proof of compliance in submission of tax returns.
• VAT Clearance/ Exemption Certificate as applicable.

Note: all requested "Certified Copies" can be obtained by taking a photo-copy of the document to your nearest Police Station

This programme is open to all Citizen of Botswana who are interested in the development of arts and promotion of culture.

There are no fees associated with this service.
