Apply In-Person

1. You should contact the Ministry of Labour and Home Affairs, Directorate of Apprenticeship and Industrial Training department for more information on how to file the application.
2. Accurately fill in the application form, which can be obtained from the above offices or click the link below to download : Madirelo Training and Testing Centre Medical Certificate Form, Apprenticeship Training Form.
3. Submit the completed form along with the required supporting documentation (as listed below)for verification and processing in person or by post from January 3rd to March 31ft of every year.
4. If the Directorate is satisfied that you have complied with the all conditions as set for the application you will be notified in a month and you can begin your training.

• One certified copy of National ID (Omang).
• Three copies of the contract of apprenticeship in order for government to assist with placement and monitoring of the whole apprenticeship.
• Certificates, if applicable, to show prior learning and training.

Opening hours are 07:30 to 12:45 and 13:45 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

All citizens who meet the following criteria qualify for the service:

• Above 16 years old.
• Certified medically fit.
• Interested in pursuing a career in vocational courses.
• Businesses which meet a certain criteria ( check the list with the department)

There are no costs associated with this service.
