Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall approach the Plant Health Protection
2. Administration. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.
3. You have to submit an Application to the Plant Health Protection Administration.
4. The application request shall include the information listed below under the “required information” section
5. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the Required Document” section of this page.
6. The applicant shall present the application and documents to the Plant Health Protection  Administration.
7. After the application is accepted and registered. An inspection is scheduled by the Plant Health Protection Administration.
8. The Inspector visits the Applicant’s premises and inspects the shipment destined for export.
9. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.
