If Civil Registration Officers have access to the database of the Civil Registry, the person should look based on their names, last names or dates of birth. If there is the registration of the individual, must verify that the data are recorded correctly, or at registration showing the person concerned. Also the Official must verify that the game is "without comment" in the system and that does not have multiple entries. If the interested person who wants to buy your certificate indicates that the record is fine, Officer prints the certificate, signs it and gives it to the person concerned on payment accordingly. If the Civil Registration Officer has no access to the database, you have two options:

To obtain a copy of any of a marriage license in Bolivia, write or go to the Civil Registry office in the state or area where the event occurred.
A Marriage Certificate contains information about a marriage between two individuals. On a marriage record, you can at least find the bride's and groom's full names, the date of the marriage, and county where the marriage took place. Many marriage records include other information, such as the names and birthplaces of the bride's and groom's parents, the addresses of the bride and groom, information about previous marriages, and the names of the witnesses to the marriage.
Marriage records are part of public record, with one major exception. Program participants of the State's Address Confidentiality Program may have their marriage records excluded from the public filing. Only active participants are included, and they must apply for their marriage license at our downtown Civil Registry office. If the marriage license was obtained prior to becoming an active participant, the record cannot be "unrecorded."
Please explain what are other uses of obtaining this document/certificate. e.g. Birth Certificate can be used as proof of identity.
