1. To Register of Additional qualification in Nursing Council, the applicant has to make the application online via Indian Nursing Council in the official website given below Link
2. Click on “New User” to register and create a user-id and password. A page appears with several options.
3. Select the module needs to register. In that Select Enrolment Registration for this enrolment process.
4. The form is displayed and the applicant has to fill the form by providing relevant details.
5. Fill in all the required information, enter the given captcha and click on “Submit” button.
6. After successfully registering, click on “Back to login”.
7. Enter the Username and Password along with CAPTCHA to authenticate and access the application.
8. From the left menu user option Additional Qualification. In this screen user can find his NUID number. For further process user is supposed to enter captcha and submit the form.
9. After submitting the form, user will get an OTP to his registered mobile number. Then User can find their details.
10. By Clicking on Add Additional Qualification button, under “New Additional Qualifications registered after Enrolment” user can view a page asking for several details.
11. The applicant has to enter their details and click on “Submit”, to submit the details.
12. Click on Edit icon under Upload details. A pop-up appears, upload all the requested certificates that are mentioned in “Required documents” section of this page.
13. Click on “Update” button to upload the certificates.
14. Next the applicant has to click on make payment and pay the prescribed fee as requested.
15. After making payment Select any option to proceed with Aadhaar authentication.
16. To proceed with Self authentication, click on “Aadhaar Authentication by Self (Through OTP)” else click on “Aadhaar authentication at SNRC (Biometric)”.
17. Provide the consent for authentication and click on Submit to proceed. A success message appears.
18. The processing time of this procedure in online completes within a day.

Apply In-Person:

1. To Register of Additional qualification in Nursing Council, the applicant has to approach the State Nursing Council link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
4. Make sure that the applicant has to attach all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority. (If requested)
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference, it contains the application summary and contact details of the person to be contacted.
10. Then the application will be processed further. All the updates on the application status will be sent via SMS to the applicant’s mobile number.
11. The processing time of this procedure takes up to 7 to 15days.
