OR visit the RSTA website for duplication and renewal. Pay the prescribed fee, select the regional office from where you want to collect the license from.

Duplicate LicenseEdit

• You can contact the Authority that can issue a replacement license.
• You have to pay the prescribed fee.
• For the duplicate license to be issued, you have to have proper verification/clearance from the offices of the Authority and the Traffic Police.

RenewalEdit

The Authority may require an applicant for renewal to:

• Fill in an application form in case of change in personal information.
• Provide any additional information (including any evidence that the Authority may reasonably require as to those particulars)
• Provide one latest passport size photograph
• Pay the prescribed fee.

The Authority may refuse to renew a driving license or grant license variation if the:

• applicant has not completed with a procedure or requirements under the Act and Regulations;
• Authority believes that the applicants license should not be renewed or extended or variation given;
• person has not passed the test in case of a request for license variation; and
• person is a repeat offender.

• Clearance from the offices of the Authority and the Traffic Police
• Payment for processing
• One latest passport size photograph
