Submit your applications to obtain a retail trade license at the Regional Trade and Industry Offices of the Ministry of Economic Affairs or any Community Center under its jurisdiction.
Being in retail business involves selling goods and services. A retailer purchases goods or products in bulks from manufacturers directly or through a wholesaler, and then sells them in smaller quantities to the consumer for a profit.
Laws of Bhutan requires a retailer to obtain a retail trade license first, before he/she can begin operating the business.
