1. To apply for a land ownership certificate, applicants will need to obtain the appropriate form from their local Revenue Section. The form may also be downloaded from their Thromde's website (see links provide under 'documents to use' section).
2. Fill in the FORM(s) with all the details and attach the required documents.
3. Submit the completed form to the Concern Building Inspector for verification.
4. Wait for the approval of the Chief Development Control Officer.
5. Then bring your document to the Land Record Section (Concern Official) to get your LagThram. If you are not thram holder (Owner), the authorization letter from the land owner has to be submitted to collect the LagThram.
