Apply In-Person:

1. Obtain the application form from the government of Bermuda website: Website or download it directly via this link: Application Form
2. Fill the application form correct.
3. Collect the sample of water you need to test in a clean container not less than 8oz form its source. NOTE: let the water run for five seconds before collecting the sample.
4. Deliver the sample with the application form to the Plant Protection lab (PPL) for testing.
5. Pay the application fees to the Licensing Clerks at the front desk based on the type of service you selected i.e. One day service or five days service. Note the invoice will be sent to your email address.
6. The water will be tested and you will receive the test results.
