1. To apply for a liquor licence, you will need to complete an application form in triplicate - the original to the Liquor Licensing Authority, a copy MUST BE served on The Commissioner of Police and a copy retained for your file. Note: A link is provided under 'Documents to Use' section, which you can use to download the form.
2. Plans, certificates, etc. pertaining to the application must be submitted with the application together with the appropriate fees.
3. Cheques are to be made payable to Accountant General for Fees to be paid to the Cashier at Magistrates Court. Obtain a payment slip from Liquor Licence Clerk first. When applying December 1st and thereafter - fees are half price (this does not apply to renewals).
4. Once your application is approved you will need to personally collect your licence, it won't be mailed to you.
