2. Underneath the information bar in the caution maroon bar, select COVID 19 Forms.
3. Scroll down to Curfew Exemption Form. Select “Curfew Exemption Form” option.
4. Confirm if you are enlisted as a person who does not require this permission form.
5. If you fit to request for emption during curfew hours, proceed to filling the form and submit it online
6. Your application will be processed and you will be contact ones it is available
