1. To apply for a betting licence, you will need to complete an application form, a link is provided under 'Documents to Use' section, use the link to download the form.
2. ?Applicants are to submit the completed application with the requisite receipt and a cheque for advertising fees to the Clerk to the Betting Licensing Authority at Magistrates Court.
3. Pay the application fee at the Accountant Generals Department Cashier in the Government Administration Building, Ground Floor.
4. New and annual renewal applications are to be submitted with the requisite Certificates, etc.
5. A copy of this Application shall be served on the Commissioner of Police.
