How to apply :
In-person process

1. You should visit the Direction Générale des Transports Terrestres (DGTT) department of transport title office near you and Express your interest at the service desk.
2. Submit Copy of the log book or give details from the log book to the authorized official who will then enter the details to the DGTT computer data system and do a search of your request.
3. You will then be notified of the result of the search immediately.

Online process:

1. Visit the Direction Générale des Transports Terrestres (DGTT) website portal link below Link
2. Under consultation select the specify search you wish to verify i.e. (vehicle or motor vehicle)
3. You will then be redirected to the next page, enter the registration number of the vehicle or motor vehicle then click on validate, then enter the Names of the owner then click on validate.
4. If the information enter is authentic you will be able to obtain results of the search.

• Identification document.
• Copy of the log book or details from the log book.
