How to apply:
IN PERSON

Payment by cash

• Visit any nearby Societe Nationale de eaux du Benin (SONEB) agency office, with the water bill invoice and the amount to be paid indicated on the invoice
• Approach the services counter and submit the invoice bill and the recommended amount in cash to the attending official.
• Who will verify the amount to be paid through their computer system and if the amount is in order, he/she will clear your bill and issue you a receipt confirming the payment immediately.
  
  

Payment by cheque:

• You can pay your bill to SONEB by check. To do this, simply complete the check and indicate on the back of the check your telephone contact and address.
• You must then put the check and photocopies of the relevant invoices in the check box located at your SONEB agency available 24 hours a day.
• You must return to the agency later to collect your payment receipt.

• The name of the consumer
• The account Number of the consumer
• The contact address and physical location
• Working telephone line or Mobile number

• Payment of your water bill on time enables one to enjoy water services, failure to pay your water bill in time will led to disconnection of the water at your Residential or business premises
