2. Complete the form and proceed to the next step.
3. Make sure to check all the information that you have supplied before you submit the form.
4. Pay for the certificate.
5. You will receive instructions on how to collect your certificate.

You may use the link provided under "Office Locations & Contacts" to get in touch with the nearest embassy of Benin in the country you are currently staying. The Embassy's consular service section will be able to help process your request to obtain a copy of a birth certificate.
