Apply Online

1. Visit the eBilan {One Stop Shop} website via this link Link and click on the “Login” Icon and enter your credential {Email and password} if you are already registered, if you are not registered click on “Register on eBilan” to register.
2. Upon login, locate and download the template of normal system financial statement, {NOTE; your financial statements must follow the file model proposed by SYSCOHADA. i.e.

   • SN Financial Statements
   • SMT Financial Statements

3. Fill in the template accurately and submit it.
4. You will then receive a mail notification confirming that your request as being taken into account for processing.
5. After processing, you will then be notified by email and issued with an acknowledgment slip confirming that you have filed your financial statement.

• Financial statements approved by a chartered accountant or your salaried accountant.

• This is the process of filling of the financial statement by taxpayer or accountant and having the statement processed by the component authority.
