How to apply:

1. You should visit the Direction Générale des Transports Terrestres (DGTT) department of transport title office near you with all the supporting documents (listed below).
2. Express your interest at the service desk and then Submit the required documents to the authorized official for verification and processing.
3. If all the documents are in order, you will then be required to go and pay the service fee at Societe des Plaques et accessoires Benin (SPA) office near you, upon which you will be issued with a receipt.
4. Return to the DGTT office and submit the payment receipt.
5. The vehicle will then be registered immediately and you will be issued with a sticker that should be placed on the vehicle window where visible.
