How to apply:

1. You should visit the the CAISSE National security social (CNSS) agency office located in Akpakpa for more information.
2. Approach the services desk and request for assistance from the supporting staff.
3. Submit the required documents (listed below) to the authorized official for verification and processing.
4. if the authorized officer is satisfied that all the document submitted are authentic, your application will be approved within 7 working days.
5. You will be notified of the responses by the office and given further instruction.

• Family allowance booklet
• Pregnancy certificate (3 months, 6 months, 8 months)
• Identity card
• Any other document requested by the authority.

Applicants must meet the following criteria

• Be an employed woman or spouse of an employed worker
• Undergo prenatal examinations in the 3rd, 6th and 8th month of pregnancy
• File the 3rd, 6th and 8th month pregnancy medical certificates from the dates of the visits

• No fees associate with the service.
