How to apply:

1. You (employer) should visit the Ministry of Labour or Employment near you for more information with all the required documents (listed below)
2. Write request letter addressed to the Direction Generale du Travail (DGT) outlining reason for the request and attach the supporting documents and submit them for verification and processing.
3. if the DGT or the authorized officer is satisfied that all the document submitted are authentic, your application will then be approved within a month.
4. You will be notified of the responses by the office and given further instruction.
