How to apply:

1. You (employer) should contact the the CAISSE National security social (CNSS) office near you for more information
2. Obtain the registration form from any of the offices above or click the link below of the CNSS website portal to download Link
3. Submit the completed form with the supporting documents (listed below) for processing and verification.
4. Information obtained from the application form will be entered into the CNSS data system and You will be registry immediately and issued with a registration membership card.

• Request for registration addressed to the Head of Agency or to the Director General of the CNSS.
• Filled in Statement of personnel census form (form to be collected from the CNSS)
• Filled in Notice of hiring by salaried worker form (form to be collected from the CNSS)
• Extract from the commercial register
• Company statute
