1. To upgrade a teacher license, the applicant has to get in touch with the Ministry of Education.
2. The applicant has to submit the completed Application Form along with the documents that are documents that are listed under the Required Documents section of this page.
3. The documents should be submitted at the Ministry of Education or at the respective Management office to the Chief Education Officer.
