1. To apply for a Phytosanitary certificate, Applicant has to approach the Plant Health Department. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
2. You have to submit an Application request to the Plant Health Department. The application request shall include the information listed below under the “required information” section.
3. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required documents” section of this page.
4. The applicant has to submit the application request and the documents to the Plant Health Department by Email. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
5. After the application is processed, The Inspector visits the Applicant’s premises and inspects the shipment destined for export.
6. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.
