An applicant must sit in and pass a driving theory exam before a learner's permit is issued.

The theory examination must be undertaken at a recognized examination center.

A list which displays the kind of information which is required to complete the procedure.

2. City or County of Birth.

If you have never applied for a license before you may be asked to apply for a Learner's permit first. This document will allow you to practice driving (accompanied) before you take the practical driving test.

The permit will allow you to practice driving accompanied by your driving school instructor or by an adult who holds a valid driving license, it is important to note that the license category must be same as the one you are applying for.
