Belgium - Apply for Certificate of Morality


Procedure

  • You can apply for the certificate via Irisbox
  • Or you can also apply at the counter of the Police record service of the City of Brussels.
  • Any request by a bar manager (establishment in which alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks or sold to be consumed on the spot or to be taken) whose establishment is situated on the territory of the City Brussels must be presented to the:

Required Documents

  • ID card
  • completed request form
  • copy of the ID card if a third person will collect the certificate of morality (the employer cannot make the demand for his employee)

Eligibility

The certificate of morality is issued to individuals working or wanting to work, temporarily or permanently.




Fees

  • Employers: 12.50 euro
  • Employees: Free




Validity

[edit]

  • The certificate is valid for 3 months.
