Citizens, who left a residence for study within the Republic of Belarus, submit documents to the department of Citizenship and Migration at the place of residence or stay (with a certificate of registration by place of residence).

Reception of documents from citizens living in homes served by organizations engaged in operation of housing, made by persons authorized to conduct passport work.

Reception of documents from citizens living in settlements that do not have the citizenship and migration offices will be carried out by persons authorized by village, settlement executive committees.

Reception of documents from citizens without residence registration, and the reasons for such registration, provided the citizenship and migration at the place last residence registration citizen.

A Belarus passport is issued to citizens of Belarus and is used for both external and internal travel.
