Lost PSV Driving license:

1. Obtain a report from the police proving that the licence has been lost, stolen or destroyed.
2. Go to the Driver's License Section to obtain a duplicate license.
3. Present the written police report along with a two passport-size photographs, a valid identification card or passport and a completed application form for a duplicate license.
4. Pay all applicable fees in order to have a new driving license. The amount you will have to pay in order to obtain a Duplicate Public Service Vehicle Licence is around half of the new licence. A renewal fee must also be paid for licences that need renewing but have not exceeded three years.
