Replacing a Lost Licence:

1. The license holder must make a report to the police and obtain a written statement form them.
2. Bring the written statement to the Barbados Licensing Authority, along with your request.
3. Pay the replacement fee. If the lost licence was still valid at the time it was lost a $100 fee must be paid to have it replaced, if the licence has expired the renewal charge will be added to the $100 fee.
4. The license holder must also present their National Identification Card when renewing their driving licence.

Lost Licence:

• Written report from the police. (The form is available at all police stations and must be filled out there and stamped)
• National Identification Card. (Not required but it doesn't hurt to walk with it)
