1. Visit the Registration Department, New Supreme Court Complex, Whitepark Road, St. Michael.

3. Complete the application form.
4. Mail the application to the Registration Department and accompany it by a Money Order for the processing fee.
5. Money Orders should be made out to the Registrar of the Supreme Court. Persons opting for this method of application should also enclose a self-addressed envelope with sufficient return postage.
6. Applications must be completed in full and should be mailed to:

• Any person who wishes to obtain a marriage certificate. Any person related to the owner of the marriage certificate.

Applications are processed for a fee of BDS$10.00 for nationals and BDS$20.00 for non-nationals. In cases where the relevant authorities of a foreign government require an apostil to be affixed to the certificate as proof of authenticity, you will be charged an additional fee of BDS$50.00.
