1. Visit the Registration Department, New Supreme Court Complex, Whitepark Road, St. Michael. Applications done in person before 11:30am are processed by 3pm on the day of application.
2. Obtain an application form. To download a birth certificate application form, click on this link: http://www.lawcourts.gov.bb/Documents/Application%20for%20Birth%20Certificate.pdf.
3. Complete the application form.
4. Mail the application to the Registration Department and accompany it by a Money Order for the processing fee.
5. Money Orders should be made out to the Registrar of the Supreme Court. Persons opting for this method of application should also enclose a self-addressed envelope with sufficient return postage.
6. Applications must be completed in full and should be mailed to:

Applications are processed for a fee of BDS$1.00 for persons 60 years and over and a fee of BDS$5.00 for all others.
