Apply In-Person:

1. To Apply for Water Line Connection, the applicant has to make the application online via the following Link
2. The applicant has to enter basic info like category, name mobile number, email address etc.
3. After completing click the terms and condition check box and enter captcha for verification and click “save and continue.”
4. Next the applicant to has to enter applicant’s info and upload their photograph and click “save and continue.”
5. Then the applicant has to enter their address and details of the connection properly.
6. Next the applicant has to attach the necessary documents that are mentioned in “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. On the next page select the mode of payment and click “Finish”.
8. After applying along with the prescribed documents, the applicant will be provided with an auto generated tracking number and pin code through SMS which he will keep at all times, using the said tracking number and depositing the application fee of Tk. shall be submitted to the Executive Engineer of the Zone.
9. The revenue information will be forwarded by the Executive Engineer to the concerned revenue zone for verification.
10. The Revenue Zone will check and return it to the Executive Engineer of the concerned Mods Zone along with the opinion. The Executive Engineer will make a field visit and prepare a demand note (with amount) to the applicant through SMS and the applicant will have to deposit the demand note amount in any branch of Premier Bank within 07 (seven) days.
11. This entire process can be completed within 10-15 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.

• Copy of house plan and clearance from Environment Department (if any).

• Copy of memorandum of articles in case of limited company.
• Copy of constitution of the company in case of industrial connection.
• In case of connection with government or any institution, copy of application in own pad of that institution.
• Copy of the decision of the Management Committee in the case of Community Connection.
• Existing account number in case of extension/transfer/second connection.
