1. To Apply for Tour Program Approval, the applicant has to approach the Bangladesh Parjatan corporation or a licensed Tour operator in Bangladesh link
2. The applicant has to provide a tour proposal to the respective officer.
3. The applicant has to submit all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. Submit all the documents with the complete proposal to the concerned officer.
5. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
6. After receiving the documents, the concerned authority will check the submitted document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
7. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a notification from the office.
8. The applicant will get approval for the tour program.
9. This entire process can be completed within 15 - 30 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
