1. To Apply for Receipt of Agricultural Materials Assistance Card, the applicant has to approach local Upazila Agriculture Office or Department of Agriculture Extension link
2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete applications are not accepted)
4. Make sure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
7. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will review his/her application and documents and verify the information provided by the applicant.
8. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
9. The applicant will receive the Agricultural Materials Assistance Card, which will enable to purchase of agricultural materials at a subsidized rate.
10. This entire process can be completed within 30 -40 days or per the timeline the respective department authority advised.

• The applicant must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
• The applicant must be a farmer who owns or operates agricultural land.
• The applicant must have a valid National ID card.
• The applicant must not be a beneficiary of any other agricultural assistance program.
• The applicant must have valid documents proving ownership or operation of agricultural land.
• The applicant must have valid documents proving his/her crop cultivation, such as crop cultivation registration, crop insurance, or crop loan documents.
• The applicant must not have any outstanding loans with any agricultural bank or financial institution.

• The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
