1. To Apply for PRL and Lump Grant Approval, the applicant has to approach the relevant funding agency or organization that provides grants.
2. The applicant has to submit a written application form to the concerned agency.
3. The applicant has to fill in all the required details that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
4. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
5. There is no fee for this process.
6. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned agency.
7. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
8. Once the process gets completed, the respective agency will verify the application, the verification process may involve a panel of experts evaluating the applicant's proposal based on its feasibility, originality, and potential impact.
9. Once the application is approved, the applicant will get a call or massage.
10. The applicant has to visit the concerned agency and instructions will be given to proceed with the grant disbursement process.
11. This entire process can be completed within 30-40 days or a timeline given by the respective officer.
