Apply Online:

1. To Apply for Fitness Certificate, the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to get the appointment from the given above link.
3. Select the nearest branch and date slot and then click the “View” button.
4. After selecting click the “Select” button.
5. Now the applicant has to enter the user ID password and click the “Login” button.
6. The applicant has to enter personal information in the form.
7. Also, upload the necessary documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
8. After completing click the “Submit” button.
9. On the appointment date, the applicant has to visit the office.
10. The applicant has to complete all the test procedures.
11. After receiving the test report, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set.
12. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets a call from the office regarding the application.
13. The applicant can collect the certificate from the office.
14. This entire process can be completed within a week or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
