1. To Apply for E-Passport (Online), the applicant has to make the application online via link
2. The applicant has to check the availability of the region and click the “Continue” button.
3. And enter the email ID and click the “Continue” button.
4. Enter the account details and click click the “Continue” button.
5. Pay the amount of fee in online mode.
6. Also, upload the necessary documents which are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. After completing all the details click the “Submit” button.
8. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
9. The applicant will receive a confirmation email with his/her application number.
10. The applicant has to visit the office for biometric purposes.
11. Then the application will be processed further.
12. Once the process gets completed, the applicant has to visit the office to collect the passport.
13. This entire process can be completed within 20 days or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
