1. To apply for a Driving Instructor's License, you will need to file an application at the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority.
2. Use link provided under 'Documents to Use' section to download the application form.
3. Complete the form and submit it together with these following documents:
   1. Two passport size photos and two ID sized photos (colored)
   2. Deposit receipt (copy of BRTA)
   3. Certified photocopies of valid professional license (heavy license issuance must be at least 03 (three) years)
   4. Attested Photocopy of Educational Qualification Certificate (SSC or equivalent technical knowledge should be completed);
   5. Character certificates from the first grade gazetted officer;
4. After you have submitted your application, you will be informed about the date and time for the examination by the selection board.
5. You will need to take the exam on the prescribed date and time.
6. The license will be issued after you have passed to exam.
