Apply In-Person

1. To Obtain a Birth Certificate, the applicant has to submit an application form along with the supporting documents and corresponding Fees, to the Births Section of the Registrar General’s Department.
2. The Applicant can download the form from the below link: Form Link.
3. On Submission of the Application along with the supporting document, the Clerk at the Registrar General’s Department will check the births registry database for the person’s information (Name, DOB, Parent’s name, Island of Birth).
4. If the information is found, it is printed on a certificate and signed by a Senior Officer or the Registrar.
5. The Applicant will then receive a certified copy of the birth certificate.
