Apply In-Person

1. The Applicant has to submit an application to the Business Licence Unit Office.
2. Visit the following link for Contact details.
3. The Applicant can download the form from the following Form Link.
4. Complete the application form with all details.
5. After filling in all the details, submit the Application Form along with the supporting documents as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section to the Business Licence Unit Office along with the corresponding Fee.
6. The Applicant can collect the Business Registration form and tick on the Occasional Licence box.
7. Once all documents are submitted, the application is then processed within 7 working days and the Occasional Licence is issued.
8. The Applicant will be contacted by the BLU office to collect their license.
9. The applicant must then visit to the Business Licence Office to pay the licence fee, provide ID and collect their licence.

Any Bahamian citizen or permanent Resident can apply for the license.

The fee for an Occasional Licence is BS$25.

The validity period will be mentioned in the licence certificate.
